Here’s what you can expect leading up to your appointment

1. Confirmation Email

A detailed confirmation has been sent to your email address. It includes your appointment details, the name and contact info (if applicable), and any special instructions to ensure a smooth consultation.

2. Reminder Emails

To keep you on track, we’ll send you reminder emails at key intervals. You’ll get a 24-hour reminder, followed by another one an hour before your appointment to make sure you're ready.

3. Be Ready for Your Appointment

On the day of your appointment, please ensure you're ready a few minutes ahead of time. Have your phone nearby in case we need to contact you. We’ll be ready to start your consultation as soon as you are!

Te contestamos con un análisis rápido de tu carta de carne y una tarifa orientativa. Si en este punto no encajamos por zona o volumen, te lo decimos directamente.

Cierre operativo (llamada o visita corta)

15-20 minutos por teléfono o, si te viene bien, una visita en obrador. Cerramos calendario de entregas, condiciones y, si quieres, una primera prueba en pieza concreta.

Primer pedido en tu cocina

En menos de 48 horas desde que cerramos. Empezamos con pedido pequeño para validar producto, presentación y servicio. Sin riesgo y sin escalado obligatorio.
